It is a beautiful day. 97B, Seth, Niles and Emil are walking in Mystifying Forest, when suddenly Niles starts to think about something. Emil noticed that and asks him, "Niles? What are you thinking of right now?", to which he told him, "I'm wondering where did Palkia sent Darkrai from our dimension," Seth adds, "I'm still fascinated by what you two went through," 97B agrees, Emil then says, "At least there's no sign of Darkrai in this world..." It was when it suddenly got dark, making Niles and Emil freaking out, "Wh-what's going on?!" Emil exclaimed, then an unknown voice says, "Ahahaha, you think I'm truly gone?" 97B then shouts in the air, "Show yourself!" to which the voice then answers, "you'll have to find me first." 97B decides to simply follow the voice, then the voice says, "haha, you're going to the wrong direction," when suddenly, Niles starts screaming for help. 97B turns and see a Darkrai gtabbing onto Niles and starts to drag him into the ground. "NILES!" 97B cried out as he rushes and used one of his swords to try to slash Darkrai, which ended up making Darkrai and Niles disappear out of thin air. "WHERE DID YOU TOOK HIM?!" he shouts, when he hears the same voice saying, "oh don't worry, I'll invite his friend," and it's Emil's turn to sink down with Darkrai bringing him. Again, 97B rushed and slashed Darkrai, but he disappeared again along with Emil. Then, the voice told him, "heheh, do you think you can defeat me that easily?" 97B then turns to the voice and see Darkrai, double its size, flying towards him, and quickly slices his head when he got too close, "yeah, with this, it's easy," he told the decapitated Darkrai as a taunt.

"Very good, you've finally done my ultimate request," the same voice says. 97B turns to the voice, and it's Darkrai. He's dumbfounded as how is he perfectly fine, before asking, "alright, where are Niles and Emil?" to which the Pitch-Black pokémon answers, "over there," and points behind 97B, he turns and...

There is Niles, Emil and Seth, the three decapitated. 97B is in deep shock as to what happened. 97B fell to his knees, unable to speak. Darkrai then told him, "Thank you for fufilling my request, 97B. My wish is... to engulf this world in darkness. I set my sights on Dialga's Temporal Tower because of its tie to time... I sabotaged Temporal Tower. That would have eventually led to the destruction of time. And ultimately, the planet's paralysis. However, Grovyle and Niles decided to meddle. I learned of their impending arrival from the future... And I attacked Grovyle and Niles as they traveled in time... So that I would be rid of them. But... an unforseen event made it impossible to be rid of either of them. It should have been enough. Especially for Grovyle. However... Niles shielded Grovyle from my attack... He absorbed the brunt of the attack I'd intend for Grovyle... As a result, his fierce will to protect him became entangled with the many dimensions during their time travel, which ultimately leads Niles to transform into a Pokémon. I assumed what I did was sufficient. I thought that I'd rendered him incapable of preventing the planet's paralysis. However ...I underestimated his resourcefulness. He met with Emil... And they stopped the destruction of Temporal Tower. Because I'd underestimated and disregarded how much they would meddle... My original plan ended in failure. So I've resorted in my second plan; causing the distortions of Space, pinning the blame on the two so that Palkia would be rid of them once and for all... Achieving this plan by trying to break their spirit... Even going so far as to use an impostor of that Cresselia. However, that plan ultimately failed as Niles and Emil teamed up with Cresselia to defeat me, even though I tried to make Niles go through an illusion to lure him towards me. Then Palkia showed up and tried attacking me as I go through the Dimensional Hole. Even though I was attacked, I survived. I've been carefully observing Niles and Emil with you, 97B and your trusty Salamence. That is when I decided to do my last plan: To make you kill Niles and Emil, and even your trusty Salamence. Getting rid of the pesky two once and for all. So thank you, 97B, for killing them. Now if you excuse me, I'm going to engulf the planet into darkness once and for all."

Darkrai then opens up a Dimensional Hole and went through it, leaving 97B utterly shocked, heartbroken, and having nothing but himself to blame for the death of his precious friends. Meanwhile, Darkrai is ecstatic traveling through the Dimensional Hole as he would finally be able to cloak the world into Darkness, relieved that Niles and Emil are no more. When he got out of the hole, he began asking himself, "Now, where to start?"

It was at this moment when he noticed that he's back in Mystifying Forest. "How odd..." Darkrai says, "...but I guess I wasn't able to control where the Dimension Hole leads," Then he noticed 97B, still on his knees, mourning the death of his friends. "Wait, what? Why am I back here?" Darkrai asks himself. Then, 97B got up and swung his sword, while Seth's corpse got back up and his head reattaches to his body. Darkrai is dumbfounded, "Wh-What's going on?!" he frantically asks. Every single movement is reversing, all fallen leaves returning to tree branches, even flying pokémon are flying backwards in the sky. "Wh-what on earth is going on?!?!" Darkrai starts to panic, then an unknown force is throwing him right in the spot he hid from the gang, "N-No! Everything is returning to normal!" he exclaims, then he noticed Emil's death in reverse. And 97B heads for Niles' corpse. Not wanting Niles to be revived, Darkrai shouts, "Oh no you won't! Take this, 97B!" and uses Dark Pulse on him, only for the Dark Pulse to return back to where it started. It was at this point that he feels something behind him, and when he turned, he sees an endless line of Darkrai, who one by one does the very same action as him. "Wha-" he shouts, and in turn, each Darkrai should the same thing one by one. Not wanting them to repeat what he says, he starts telling things in his head, "What is this?! What am I seeing?! A-Am I dreaming?! Am I witnessing some kind of illusion?! No... that can't be true! Why are things reversing?! Who is responisble for this?!" Then a voice told him, "This is... my doing." Darkrai turns to the voice.

It was 97B, however he looked darker and glitchier than usual, with glitchy rings surrounding him. He's in his Biblically Accurate Angel form. "This is the power of my will to protect my friends." Darkrai is deep in shock, 97B continues, "What you did was manipulating me into killing them to achieve your goals. But you will never arrive at the truth that's going to happen. None who stand before me shall ever get there, regardless of their abilities. This is my power as my friends' guardian angel, which is only achieved by entering a state of imense stress, which you've achieve, so thank you for that. Even though they have no idea that this is my ultimate form. Not even Seth, a pokémon who I'm very close with, knows about my form. Of course, because their death are returned to Zero, to the point where all actions have been erased. You're the fool who think you can make me kill my friends in order to fulfill your goals. Your spirit is... alive with darkness."

97B disappears from Darkrai, only for him to realise that he hasn't move from his hiding place before afflicting 97B with his illusions. He then hears Emil asking Niles, "Niles? What are you thinking of right now?", to which Niles told him, "I'm wondering where did Palkia sent Darkrai from our dimension," Seth adds, "I'm still fascinated by what you two went through." Then, 97B told them, "Speaking of Darkrai..." he turns to where Darkrai would be, brings out his Arc Keyblade, a keyblade with Arceus' powers, have it change to fighting type, then uses Judgement on Darkrai, the final hit knocks him out off his hiding spot, to the surprise of Niles, Emil and Seth.

97B then starts approaching Darkrai, only for him to erase time with his Time Keyblade in Crimson mode to go right up to Darkrai. used it to uppercut him in the air, then proceeds to beat him up with every Combat Bracers he has. The last hit sends Darkrai flying 10 feet away. 97B then told him, "You have the gaul to make me kill Niles, Emil and Seth for your own deeds? You are a true monster. Niles, Emil and Seth were shocked to hear him say that. Darkrai then gets up and starts rushing towards 97B, only for him to freeze time with his Time Keyblade in regular mode, start to self destruct, then unfreeze right when he blows up, then freezes until he recoveres and engages Rage mode, then finally unfreezes time where he rushes to Darkrai, who's sent flying from the blast and proceeds to beat the absolute shit out of him with the Time, Space, and Arc Keyblades, which appear to beat Darkrai up all by themselves. Then 97B has a very glitchy Keyblade and charges it up. While charging, and while Darkrai is being pummeled by the three keyblades, 97B told him, "You won't be heading anywhere. In particular, you will never arrive at the truth." Then strikes him very hard with the glitchy keyblade, even briefly transforming in his Biblically Accurate Angel form as he struck, which causes heavy space-time distortions on Darkrai, before he was sent flying somewhere away Mystifying Forest.

97B then transforms back to his Rage mode, then in his normal mode as he fell to the ground. Niles, Emil and Seth were too shocked to speak after seeing what happened. 97B turns to them, smiles and told them, "we don't have to worry about Darkrai anymore," to which Emil panicks and told him, "but, but if he lands somewhere, he could wake up at any moment and cause more trouble!" 97B reassures him, "Don't worry about him."

Meanwhile, Darkrai lands into a river. He sustained heavy damages, but managed to keep himself floating over the water. I'm... barely... still alive... somehow... But... What was that?" Darkrai thinks to himself, "I managed to get 97B to kill his friends... and yet... What in the world... was his power? Also, where... am I? It was at this moment that he starts to hear water cascading, the sound growing louder and louder, until he finds himself falling all the waterfall, causing him to scream, then right as he hits the ground, he gets into a brief space-time distortion and suddenly finds himself at the end of a cave with multi-colored gems. "What's... going on?! How am I here when I was falling off the waterfall?!" he asks himself, "Where am I? Wait a minute, I recognize these gems, this is the end of Waterfall Cave, isn't it?" He then hear someone grunting, it's an exploration team consisting of a Gible, Buneary and Wurmple, the Gible trying to pull away from the large gem that's planted in the ground. He knew exactly what's going to happen when one tries to nudge the gem as he shouts, "Hey! Don't move that gem!" However it was too late as he hears a click, when the Buneary asked him, "Why?" When suddenly a tremor happens and the four Pokémon gets washed away by a torrent of water, spouting above Waterfall Cave. It looks like they're going to land in the hot spring, but Darkrai gets hit by a flying Pelipper, which causes him to fly directly onto icy spikes on Blizzard Island.

However right before he gets impaled, he gets into another brief Space-Time Distortion and hinds himself on the summit of a mountain. "What's going on? First I fell down a waterfall, then I fell down onto icy spikes... But whenever I'm about to die, I get transported into different places. What's going on?!" he asks himself. Suddenly, someone asks him, "Hey! You okay?" He turns and it's a Snover, "You don't look so good, how about a nice view to make you feel better?" After all the weirdness, Darkrai obliges and has a look to the view, which he doesn't realises that he's at the edge of a cliff. Then suddenly, someone then shouts, "Hey! Do you have any treasures for us to steal?!" He turns and it's a Bagon and a Gligar. He was taken aback and stepped behind, only for him to fall off the cliff, During what he thinks are his final moments, he thinks to himself, "What in the world is this?! Something's wrong! I-I couldn't possibly die in such a stupid manner! Don't tell me that this is... 97B's ultimate-"

Meanwhile back to 97B's group, Niles felt relieved that the fight against Darkrai is over, as he, nor Emil, would ever feel like they're never wanted in this world ever again. Although Emil is still doubting 97B's claim, "You really sure this is the end of Darkrai?" he asks, to which 97B continues to reassure him, "It's the end of Darkrai to deal with us, but it's truly not the end of him, but worry not. Let's just say that he will never arrive at the truth of his fate. Eternally..." Emil then adds, "B-But, he's still alive..." 97B continues to state that, "His end is that there is no end. I've hit him with my ultimate power as punishment for all the things he did to you and Niles."

Back to Darkrai this time, he's in Beach Cave and is face to face with a Shellos, which is not an intimidating Pokémon, but what Darkrai experienced himself has truly broken his mental state, because he is indeed trapped in an infinite death loop caused by 97B's ultimate power. "H-How many times am I going to die?! Wh-When am I going to be attacked next, and from where?!" When the Shellos approaches him, he shouts "S-Stay back!" in complete fear, but it continued to approach him, "Stay away!" he shouts again, but again to no avail, but he still shouts the following anyways, "S-Stay... STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!!!!"

Back to 97B's group, Seth asks, "So we finally did it?!" 97B answers him, "Yes, he is indeed defeated." Niles, Emil and Seth finally feel relieved by 97B's reassurance. "Anyways," Niles starts, "can we go eat?" 97B says, "Sure thing, witnessing this event must've worked up an appetite." The gang laughed and they went back in Treasure Town for a bite to eat.
