This is the complicated and messed up backstory of Tony, a timid shiny Feraligatr who came from a very twisted dimension of the Pokémon world, filled with corruption, danger, murders, psychopaths, drugs, you name it. Bascially the universe where Crizzle's Pokémon Romhack trilogy takes place, being Pokémon Outlaw, Pokémon CAWPS and Pokémon Korosu.
Tony started just like all other Pokémon, except those in the Undiscovered Egg Group, as a Totodile hatched from an egg, among other Totodile eggs in a mysterious bright small room. For some reason, all the other Totodile fixed their gazes on this Totodile in amazement. Tony, being very timid about this, wonders why, until he sees his arms and noticed that his arms are not light blue colored as all the other Totodiles, but rather, aquamarine. This of course caused him to be more shy than he was.
Then, 6 of the regular Totodiles got sucked into a white orb, this scared Tony, but the area he's stuck in with all the other Totodiles is so small that he can't run from over 3 feet from the orb. Then, after 20 minutes, another 6 Totodiles gets sucked into the orb, then it spits out a bunch of eggs. At this point, Tony got very scared, there's 11 Totodiles, plus him.
Then, another 20 minutes later, the orb reappears, but right behind the unsuspecting shiny Totodile, and sucked him, along with 5 other regular Totodiles, in, and everyone ended up in separate Poké Balls. He could see outside of the poké ball and the first thing he sees is a hand grabbing onto the ball and carried it out from a weird machine, through a creepy small building, then outside of said building, but is carried into a bigger building with loud music and strange people. He was then taken in the second level of the building where he sits by a table.
The poor Totodile is scared of what's going to happen to him.
Then, a mid-teen boy wearing a red hat backwards approaches the guy carrying the Totodile. The guy then told the teen, "Today is your lucky day. In my possession, I have a rare Pokémon from the Johto region. I'll let you have it for P500! Do you want this Pokémon?" and the teen boy accepts the offer, paying the creepy guy and the guy gives the Totodile to the teen. When the teen checks Totodile, the teen managed to conceal his excitement for this Totodile, as it's a shiny after all. The teen calls him Tony from now on.
As the teen goes around and interacting with other people, Tony realized how strange everyone is. Then, the teen interacts with a girl named Leaf. She asks the teen's name and apparently, it's Zack. She finds him cute for some reason. She then challenges him in a battle, and managed to defeat her single Ponyta, but she still finds him impressive.
After that interaction, Zack leaves this loud building and went straight to the city's gym to battle against Brock, but apparently, according to the gym guide, Brock is a disgusting guy. Then, when Zack interacts with Brock before the battle, Brock straight up admits that he sexually touched a gym trainer, slipped drugs into someone's drink at the nightclub (which is the building Tony was sold to Zack), and then took her to his room, and then slept with a minor. This made Tony's blood go cold. As soon as the player beats Brock, earns the badge and left the gym, Tony felt releived to leave that rapist's place.
As Zack leaves Pewter City, a guy wearing a red shirt, red pants and a red headband, named Deron gave Zack some running shoes. As Zack travels through Route 3, he encounters a young trainer who claims to collect human corpses. This made Tony freak out. After that battle, the trainer said that he lied, which made Tony feel releived, until the trainer says that he eats them, which sends a cold shiver down his spine. It's at this point that Tony starts to question everything in this place. At the end of Route 3, Zack encounters someone who admits killing people.
Entering Route 4, Mt. Moon looked like it was blown off. It's also on this road where a group of Team Rocket Grunts are battling against a group of police officers. Zack somehow swept through all the Rocket grunts and officers, and through the big battle, Tony evolved into Croconaw.
Entering Cerulean City, there's a weird small cave that Zack goes into, which leads to a scary grey rocky area called "Slums". This is a place with weird and scary people, and Tony wants to get out, despite just entering it, though Zack did do some stuff. After earning the Cerulean Gym badge, Zack was about to go to the big bridge, then Leaf from the nightclub stops him and straight up admits stalking him because he's "cute", then battles him. Of course, he beats her, and she continues to tell him that she loves him.
After crossing the bridge, a guy at the end gives Zack a gold nugget, then asks to give him a pokémon so he could feast on its' flesh. Tony started shivering. Luckily, Zack refuses the offer, so the guy battled him, though after threatening him of devouring all of his pokémon and his corpse. Of course Zack won.
Crossing Route 24 and 25, encountering more weird people, murderers and cannibals. Zack encounters Bill, who as usual was combined into a pokémon and needs to be separated. However, this Bill looks like it's sexually in love with Pokémon, which makes Tony uncomfortable. Returning to Cerulean City, went through a house that was robbed by a rocket grunt, and did unspeakable acts on one of the tenants.
Going down Route 5, Zack went in the Pokémon Daycare, only to be ambushed by two ace trainers, where he sweeps them anyways. After their loss, they revealed that the daycare man was selling and molesting pokémon, so they killed him. When Zack tries to go to Saffron City, a guard in the gate stops him, but told him that something would change his heart. The underground path is creepy for Tony, especially since there's creepy people now.
Vermillion City remains unchanged except with a new building which hoses a comedy club. Some people are stoned. The Pokémon fan club is now the Pokémon rights club. This doesn't make sense to Tony, but the things they say, they at least have decency in this twisted version of Kanto. This is also the point where Tony realizes that the government is corrupting the region. After the speech, the chairman talks about the rights, he gives Zack a bike voucher, where he ran all the way to Cerulean to get himself a bicycle.
Once Zack got the bicycle, he rode all the way to Vermillion City to board the SS Anne, a luxury cruise ship. On the deck, Leaf was already there, flirting and battling Zack once again. After that, Zack went back in the boat, where a guy with spiy blonde hair encounters him and is shocked to see Zack not being dead. After going in a tangent of Zack being alive, he challenges him in a battle where he'll kill him. Shocker, Zack sweeps the guy's team.
After that, Zack went in the captain's quarters and the captain asks him to punch him in the head, and Zack delivered a painful punch. After some small events, Zack leaves the boat and it sailed off. HE then visits Vermillion's gym and earned a gym badge from the leader, who's a war criminal. After a long treck from Vermillion to Route 10, they entered Rock Tunnel, a dark cave that thankfully Zack used a Pokémon to light it up. Inside are very creepy people who has twisted fantasies.
Lavender Town doesn't seemed different, but a guard blocks the tower, saying that it's closed and that people bury dead pokémon in they backyards. In the Pokémon volunteer house, Mr Fuji isn't around buy apparently, he was a paedofile and used Pokémon to lure kids. The only worker flat out gave Zack the Poké flute.
Through the walk on Route 8, after a couple of battles, Tony evolved into Feraligatr. To get from Lavender Town to Celadon City, Zack goes in the other underground path, where the spiky blonde guy appears, threatens to kill Zack, then challenges him in a battle.
Celadon City now has a big government building, where Zack goes in and finds out that the government is indeed corrupted. Team Rocket has teamed up with the government. Even Silph Co. joined the corruption. Even the police officers. After plowing through government bodies, they reached the governor, who doesn't battle, but keeps on saying that he's not corrupted.
The rocket hideout doesn't looked like it changed, though Tony was nervous about Zack storming a criminal organization's hideout. Rocker leader Giovanni keeps telling Zack that they're not rapists.
After getting the Celadon badge, Zack went down cycling road, which is a scary ride for Tony, to Fuchsia City, which looks different. Zack's girlfriend is getting arrested right in front of the police building, taking them inside, so Zack infiltrates the police officer, battling through officers after officers, until Zack finally reached Leaf and rescued her. After that event, Tony notices another slum cave and a stripclub, both things that he doesn't feel comfortable going in, but Zack goes in anyways. In the stripclub, a girl gave Zack some tea that he plans to use for the security guards surrounding Saffron. Apparently, the tea was laced with ecstacy. One gym badge later, Zack flies on a Pokémon to Celadon City, gives the Saffron guard tea and he finally accesses the City.
Saffron is infested with Rocket grunts. Zack enters the Silph Co. building after a Rocket grunt that was guarding it sleeps. All the employees that Zack rescues mention that they're with Team Rocket, and doing weird things. Plowing through rocket grunts, just before the final showdown with Giovanni, Leaf showed up, again, flirting with him, then battling him. Apparently, Giovanni and the boss of Silph Co. were having a business proposition that seemed that it would corrupt the Kanto region even further. Zack sweeps Giovanni once more, and the day is saved.
One Saffron badge and trip to the fighting dojo later, Zack flies to Pallet Town, which also has a slum cave. apparently, this slum cave is where Zack lives. Surfing to Cinnabar Island, they discovered that the old Pokémon Mansion was taken down and made into a Party mansion, filled with party goers and weird people. After getting the key to unlock the Cinnabar Gym, and earning the badge, Zack flies to Viridian City, which also has a slum cave.
Viridian gym's leader is May, a girl from the Hoenn region. After the 8th badge, it's time for the Pokémon league, but is once again stopped by spiky blonde guy again, seriously going to kill Zack, only to be sweeped. Frustrated, he gets reassured that Zack will be killed in the Pokémon League. This guy has problems.
As Zack got through all the badge gates and out of Victory Road, which also has weird people, Tony finally felt like this nightmare is going to an end. Though before entering the first chamber, Leaf challenges him to a before Elite Four battle. After the battle, Zack heals in the league's center and marched on.
And this is the part that truely scarred Tony for dear life.
In this chamber, there's nothing but dead bodies, various trainers, even the spiky blonde guy, and three of the Elite Fours. Though there's only one living body, a guy who's as scared as poor Tony, telling Zack that Lance killed everyone.
There's no Elite Four, only the Elite One, which is Lance, three Death Ninjas took place of the other Elite Four members, all of which threatens Zack with death with terrifying and gory details. Luckily for Tony, Zack didn't used him in all of the fight.
However, after beating Lance, he told the player that he was told by a person higher than him to commit the deed, who is the champion. Zack encounters the champion, a guy named Cole Johnson, and apparently that guy managed to control and corrupt the entire Kanto region: controlling its government, Silph Co., Team Rocket, the Police force and the drug trade. Tony is too scared from what he saw, though Zack didn't used him in this important fight, which ends with Zack sweeping CJ's team.
CJ laments his lost, then Deron comes in to congratulate Zack and to take care of CJ. The last surprise is that the hall of fame is replaced with a standard room with a table, three TVs, a bookshelf and a large bed with Leaf in it, all ready. Zack brings Tony out and puts him on one side of the bed, while Zack and Leaf are having fun, while Tony stays there, traumatized by the dead bodies. Leaf sees that the Tony isn't going to interrupt them and is fine with it on the bed.
Life as champion feels the same at first, with Tony living a regular life for once with zack, now the champion of the Kanto region, and to a better extent, ruling the government, however with the fame and fortune, Tony noticed that Zack is starting to lose his usual character.
Zack starts to do things such as order hitmen to assassinate other people, continued the drug trade, basically things that Cole was doing but at an alarming rate. Zack became a corrupted govenor.
Even though Zack doesn't abuse his own Pokémon, Tony doesn't feel comfortable being around him anymore, and devised a plan to escape him. When night fall and Zack is too distracted because of his drug abuse, Tony escapes by somehow chucking his Poké ball out the window while it was sucking him in the ball. Basically, he recalled himself back in his own ball after he threw it out the window. It's a strange plan. but it works. He escaped from Kanto and started to swim away with his Poké ball. Because he's a Tony, he swims very fast.
A handful of hours later, he reached what looked like a water route. Upon entering the water route, he noticed a guy swimming past him as fast as Tony is. He has no idea what's going on but he saw a small island close by so he swim to it.
Only to discover two dead bodies barely underwater by the shore. He screamed, then he noticed a rookie police officer. The officer signals the Tony to come closer. Tony's body is shivering with fear, but he timidly swam up to the officer.
"Damn, you looked like you've been through a lot," the officer remarked, "I-I... swam from Kanto, a really horrifying place, where a-am I?" Tony said in a nervous voice, "You're in Hoenn, but damn, no wonder you looked like you've been through bad things. Unfortunately, Hoenn is regarded as worse than Kanto for criminal activities," the officer told him. This caused Tony's already scared heart to sink down his stomach, "but don't worry, if you join me, we'll get you through this hell hole," the officer told him. Tony timidly agrees to join, but when the officer revealed him that his name is Zack, it kind of made things awkward for a moment, but he joined officer Zack. Fortunately for Zack, Tony already has a Poké ball so Zack doesn't have to use up one of his.
Zack brings him to the Pokémon Center in Dewford town where he gets a couple of donuts to make Tony feel at ease. It worked, but only for a bit. Then, when Zack inspected the local gym, he found out that he can enter it, and the first thing both Zack and Tony sees is a dead body. Tony feels like his colors if draining, and Zack noticed, but he told him, "We're going to see more dead bodies than you might noticed back in Kanto, I'm sorry, but it's my job."
But this body is worse, parts of the body looked like they were chewed off. However, the more they explore the gym, the more of these dead bodies they discover. The deeper they go, they were ambushed by crazed people, but Zack's existing Pokémon can handle them. Before long, they reached Brawly, who became the self-proclaimed "Almighty Leader of Dewford." Zack easily overpowered his team. But then Brawly asks if he could be let go for a bribe.
Zack told no. This infuriated Brawly that he revived and used rare candies on all his pokémon and challenged Zack again. You can guess what happened after that. Brawly still defiant, tries to assault Zack, then Zack's leading Pokémon, a Croconaw, attacks Brawly, mangling him in the process. This made an already scared Tony more scared. Then, Brawly's followers went at it to attack Zack together. Only to all be destroyed by said Croconaw. Tony couldn't hold it in:
"WHAT IN ARCEUS' NAME IS WRONG WITH THIS WORLD?!!!!! I WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS WORLD! THIS WORLD IS MESSED UP, NOTHING BUT DEATH AND SCARY STUFF!" he yelled, scared, then he starts to sob. "I'm just doing my job here," Zack told him as he reassures the full blown scared Tony, "Let's go," he says as they leave the gym.
Turns out, Brawly is a cannibal that takes human sacrifices and illegally run Dewford Island by bribing police officers to let him go. Zack and Tony then travel to Slateport beach via boat that is on auto-pilot. The only wacky situations on the beach are a creep trying to lure children with candy, and a couple of children acting strangely hyperactive after drinking soda pop. Zack starts to get suspicious about the beach house. After winning a battle against the two hyperactive children, one of them outright mentions that "sugar is coke for kids." Zack enters the party beach house.
After battling people in the beach house, Zack came to the realization that there isn't anything suspicious about the place, as there's no drugs anywhere. They arrived in Slateport City, which is swarming with team magma and team aqua activities. During Zack's mission of sweeping the place of the teams, his own Croconaw evolved into a Feraligatr, a savange non-shiny Feraligatr, the total opposite of Tony. Venturing in the museum, it's violent battles on the first floor, dead bodies galore on the second floor.
After sweeping Slateport of thugs, Zack turns his attention to the Slateport slums, with his collegue waiting. "Oh no, more slums to deal with..." Tony though to himself. While his colleague deals with team magma, Zack deals with team aqua, with his savage Feraligatr killing each member as he beats them.
Slateport is now repelled of the teams, though as Zack got out of the city, his collegue admires his skill and asks who is stronger, and decides to go in a battle with him as a test of strenght. Of course Zack wins, and the collegue gave him an item finder as prize. Stepping further in Route 110, another officer uncloged the path of team aqua members.
Entering Mauville City, after making three arrests at the game corner, Zack meets up with a police officer by the gym, telling him about Wally, a dangerous wanted fugitive, is in the gym. Tony feels scared, but... onward and upward I guess. Entering the gym, going pass dead bodies, they came to the scene... of Wally telling kirlia to use Psychic on Wattson, causing his body to explode, splattering blood all over Kirlia. This scene caused Tony's brain to freeze. His body got more stiff as Wally sees Zack. Of course, Zack beats him and survives, but Wally teleported away.
After around half an hour to calm down Tony of his trauma, they both move on. Stopping a rapist from raping someone in route 118, stopping a robbery and a drug trade that ends in death in route 117 and visiting the comedy club in Verdanturf town to hear some awful jokes. They enter a house that has a psychopathic lady threatening to kiss their son. Of course Zack beat her in a battle, but she somehow managed to evade Zack as she got off.
Some time later, they got up Mt. Chimney and battled both team magma and aqua. After repelling both teams from the summit, Zack got intel about team magma's base right inside this volcano, but before he ventures in, he asks Tony if he could try to battle against them, noting that he looks way strong than his already strong team. Tony hesitates, but says that he'd try.
Even though Tony is a special attacker, Zack proved that he is way better than his other pokémon. However, after clearing a magma grunt in front of the hideout, one of them sucessfully ambush Zack and others captured him. He wakes up deep in the hideout with the boss telling the surrounding grunts to dispose of him before he dissapears. Fortunately, they didn't stripped him of his pokémon. After beating the two grunts, the non-shiny Feraligatr did the dirty work to the grunts so Tony doesn't have to.
Wiping out all team magma members, Zack and Tony escaped from the hideout, and made their way to Lavaridge town. Apparently, gym leader Flannery is now part of team magma and is now a prostitute. 4 battles and two arrests later, they made their way up northern Hoenn. In Fallarbor town, they tried to arrest a scumbag but he resisted arrest, so the savage Feraligatr did his thing.
After that, the gang made their way fown route 114 and through Meteor Falls until... a group of police officers are in the way of the exit. Apparently, they're readying themselves for a huge drug bust that's happening right outside Meteor Falls between team aqua and drug producing nerds. The police group ambush them all, and with the help of Zack and Tony, they've sensitized the area.
Once that whole thing is done, Zack feels like going east of Hoenn so he flew to Mauville, crossing the sea of route 118, and they meet up with the Police Chief, Steven, who is the Champion of Hoenn. Climbing up route 119, they encounter a couple of police officers that told them that there's criminals in the weather institute. Clearing the thugs in the first floor, they noticed one of the top fugitives, which is exactly the boy Tony saw swimming past him when he swam to the Hoenn region. That guy is Brendan and he was easily taken down. Suddenly, his dad, Norman came in to attack Zack, but he is also a push over.
As the gang venture up north after arresting the father and the son, Alexa, Zack's collegue who battled him in Slateport came to him and tried to battle him again for proof of strenght, and he did. Then after another one of his collegues, Luther came to have a little chitchat and left. They arrived in Foretree city. After arresting a guy who hid illegal drugs, busting a black market who tried to bribe Zack, arresting a violent guy who tried to kill a child, they meet up qith Steven on the first bridge in route 120 where he dealt with one team aqua grunt, but saved the other just for Zack.
Venturing down Route 120, they received intel that team magma, team aqua and Wally are at Mt. Pyre and they need Zack's strenght. Mt. Pyre is a Pokémon Graveyard Mountain, scarier than the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town. After eventually reaching Mt Pyre's summit, sweeping the team magma and aqua grunts, magma leader Maxie is powerless, then Steven came running in to tell Zack to "Finish Him!" and finish Maxie did the savage Feraligatr did. Wally already took both red and blue orbs, so it's time to get our of Mt Pyre and make the way to Lilycove City, where Zack caught that psycho bitch, May, about to rob the department store. After beating her in battle, Zack swiftly tackled her to the ground and cuffed her. She is finally sent to prison.
However, after that, an officer gives him intel that the mansion next to the department store has an air of suspicious activity, and well, there's a lot of people dancing. After reaching the owner, Mega Millionz, Zack punches him in the face to snap him out of his usual attitude, and Mega starts to tell valuable things about Wally, mainly the fact that he plans to hit up Mossdeep or Sootopolis. Team Magma discovered a huge amount of drugs, but his intel on team aqua is limited, only telling that their base is on the east side of lilycove.
After gaining the intel, Zack noticed the slums in the south-east section of the City, so he goes there and clear out any thugs. After sweeping the place, Zack went in team aqua's hideout. The police raided the base and arrested everyone, but the aqua leader already took off in the submarine. One trek across the ocean later, the gang find themselves on Mossdeep City, where team magma is swarming the space center. Despite cleaning team magma of the center, Steven rushed in to inform Zack that they've partnered up with Devon Co, and are now more powerful than anyone in Hoenn, and that meddling is not a good idea to do, so he took the gang to his house, telling that the focus is now Team Aqua and Wally.
So, time to go where Steven told them, which is an underwater cave south of route 127, once the gang reached it, they explored the cave. Clean sweeping team aqua along the way, only to find that Wally had already took Kyogre, and aqua leader Archie is standing there, pondering on how that Pokémon would sell for millions on the black market. Rather than dealing with Zack, he bails out and has an admin to take care of him. Of course, Zack came out on top.
After the battle, two officers rushed in to inform that Wally has gotten out of control and is the source of the instable weather patterns that are now forming The gang made haste to Sootopolis City... where both Groudon and Kyogre are causing havoc and killing people. The first thing Zack does is to investigate the Cave of Origin, and...
at the end of the cave... is Wally...
Tony is scared of him at first, but he feels fine enough to battle. He one shotted Wally's team, but Wally had another trick up his sleeve: he brings Zack out and revealed that he is in control of not only Groudon and Kyogre, but also Rayquaza. After a monologue... he battles Zack with the Weather Trio.
then... Tony managed to beat his legendary team.
Wally then passed out, just as Zack passed out for some reason. Tony starts to panic, he tried shaking Zack up, but he doesn't respond. It wasn't until a couple hours later, hours that he felt like it lasted forever, when Luther comes in and arrests Wally once and for all. Then Luther gave Zack a dose of smelling salts to awaken him. He then told him about a bigger problem at the moment, but told him that he'll see when he gets there. Tony felt at least releaved that Zack is okay.
After taking a while to get up, Zack decides to go to Pacifidlog Town, where there's one crime being commited there, some creep kidnapping a girl. However, after arresting the creep, an officer told Zack about how Devon Co and Team Magma are making a huge deal about the drug stash found by the magmas. Aqua went to Devon Co and there's a war going on there.
With no time to waste, the gang rushed to Rustboro. A clan of officers are at the front door of the Devon office, warning that this battle will be bloody. Somehow, Zack went through and the gang went to the top floor where Aqua Leader Archie is discussing to the higher ups at Devon Co. Zack and Luther teams up in a Multi Battle against Archie and Devon exec Oliver. Both swept both teams.
However, Steven is also here. Turns out, Steven is in on the whole thing. Luther calls Steven a Traitor and both had an intense battle. Somehow, Steven beats him, and is about to kill him, only for Zack to save him. Steven then reveals that the Devon boss is his father. He then threatens Zack with death and battles him.
Zack broke through and beats Steven, however his father, the CEO of Devon is going to battle Zack. But instead, the CEO reveals the true power; Xandus. However, Xandus sees the wrong in the CEO's ways and killed everyone except Zack and Luther. Xandus sense a ton of power from Zack. He then kills everyone else in Devon Co, then says that he will start to kill...
...starting with Zack.
...except... Zack broke through Xander's legendary team. Xander was stunned by his defeat, he looked really depressed. After dissapearing, Luther celebrates Zack as the new Police Chief, now that Steven is dead, and everyone celebrated with booze and drugs. Except for Tony, who needed a well deserved nap.
It is the next day, everyone quickly recovered from the party last night, Tony had a well deserved rest and things are normal.
That is until a couple of police officers noted about a weird distortion at the Lilycove City beach Zack, as well as hig collegues, rushed to the area and noticed that there's a Gardevoir that's emitting intense psychic. Space is distorting around it. Turns out that this is Wally's Gardevoir, and it must've followed orders by Wally before he went to jail to start a mass genocide in the Hoenn region.
However, before the police force could do anything, Gardevoir snatches Tony using its psychic powers, giving him an angry look, since he did one shot it. Then, with all of its psychic energy, the poor Tony was flinged way up in the sky, very far from the Hoenn region. What happens in Lilycove City is now unknown.
Several minutes later, Tony lands in the ocean right in the middle of a bay in a larger piece of land. Somehow, Tony still got his Poké Ball.
At a distance, he noticed a port, so he swam for minutes until he reached the port. It's at this point that he realized that he is back in Kanto. He starts to get scared.
A couple minutes later, a boat docked to the port, and a girl got out of the boat. The girl had a certain air that made Tony become nervous as he sees her, especially when she approaches him. "Hey," she starts, "you okay?" Tony timidly replies, "N-No... I-I don't understand what's happening..." The girl then says, "Hmm, well, I'm on a mission, and since you look powerful, want to join my team?" He thinks to himself, "Oh no, this is getting insane. I don't think I want to see that other Zack, but if she needs help, well..." he then replies, "O-Okay..."
The girl introduces herself as Rachel. Then, a guy nearby told Rachel about how Kanto is ruled by the Outlaw, and that they must chant "All hail the Outlaw." Tony feels butterflies in his stomach as he hears that, but Rachel presses on. During the trek, Rachel explains that she must collect 8 Kanto badges for her first part, then the next part is to eventually face the outlaw.
However, during the first gym trainer battle, Rachel finds out that Tony used to belong to the outlaw, but escaped him because of that the outlaw plans to do. After that battle, Rachel remarks how it's Tony's turn for revenge, after she got revenge of people herself. Tony insists that he didn't come to Kanto for revenge, but was flinged with force from the Hoenn region. This surprised Rachel, but they mosied on. However, Lt. Surge is in a place called Outlaw Tower in Lavender Town.
As the duo explored Kanto, Tony noticed how Kanto has changed since he was gone. He also noticed how there's an army commanded by the outlaw, and how Rachel killed people with her Pokémon. It's all coming together. The gang made their way to Lavender Town and went in the Outlaw tower. Sweeping the army inside, they battled Lt. Surge and won.

It's all coming together. The gang made their way to Lavender Town and went in the Outlaw tower. Sweeping the army inside, they battled Lt. Surge and won.
After that, the gang breezes through Kanto, earning gym badges at a fast rate. Several hours later, Rachel got all 8 gym badges. There were gym leaders that were displaced, but Rachel did it in the end. There was one wacky event, where when Rachel found Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave, it escaped and starts killing people. Misty tried to stop it, but it wiped her team.
Then... the outlaw arrived to the scene. It was Zack, the outlaw. Tony swiftly went into hiding as the outlaw takes care of the scene. However, during the scene, Zack killed two people in front of Tony's eyes.
After collecting all 8 gym badges, they made their way to the Pokémon league, but it was altered. Now it runs a Pokémon Tournament. Tony is nervous about the event, but prevailed through the tournament like it was almost nothing, climbing the ranks, until Rachel wins the Pokémon League Tournament. It's just a matter of time that she will face the final opponent...
Pokémon Outlaw Zack.
Upon meeting him, Zack congratulates Rachel for her victory, after his monologue about having a voice, he takes her to a place where they could battle. However, during the voyage to a faraway island, Zack turns his attention to Tony, "Here you are, how was your journey?" he asks, Tony is shaking, whimpering, "I've seen all your adventures after you escaped me to the Hoenn region, with your cop buddy, fighting crime. I raised you very well. I can't wait to see how well you'll be able to square up with me."
They arrived to the island that Zack wanted to go; Navel Rock. Everyone went to the very peak of the island. Here, Zack tells both Rachel and Tony, "This cliff is a very convenient place for murder. After the kill, you can simply chuck the corpse down the cliff. It's very practical. Everytime that I come up here with another victim, it makes me think. How did I grow up to become the kind if person that I used to hate? When I was young, I fought against the corrupt leaders of society. That's how I become known as the Outlaw. Instead of adapting like everyone else, I rebelled against the corrupt system. I used to hate the savagery that was rampant in society. But now, I'm the most brutal of them all. So what happened? I realized that the true reason why I fought against those corrupt leaders is because deep down, I wanted to be like them. No, I wanted to be even worse than they ever were! Through mastering my control of Pokémon, I wanted power. Even though I came from the Slums, I gained so much power! For humans, power and corruption go hand and hand. They are the same. The more powerful you get, the more likely you will abuse that power. I exist and live to dominate everyone else with my superior power. To make everyone else bend to my will! Rachel! Tony! I've grown tired of your presense! I hope you can entertain me! it's your final battle, Rachel! It's time to DIE!"
The battle finally starts, but instead of Tony, Rachel decides to use other Pokémon of her because she noticed how shaken Tony is after that huge monologue. It's during this time that Tony starts to question things, he felt like he was used for Zack's power, he felt like it was his fault that he lead Zack down this path of power. He starts to hate the fact that he was given this power by Zack. Then he realized... maybe he wanted revenge after all, use Zack's power against him.
The battle is a very brutal battle, despite knocking out three of Zack's Pokémon and leaving his fourth in half-health, all of Rachel's Pokémon except Tony was wiped out, and it's his turn. It's now or never.
And he managed to almost completely sweep Zack's remaining Pokémon, his final Pokémon was kind of challenging, but after three hits, it went down.
Tony couldn't believe it, nor Zack. "No! I can't lose!" Zack starts, "How?! ARGHH! Damn it! Damn... Damn. I couldn't do it! I couldn't fight my hardest! Because of you! Because of your face! You look so much like... her. The girl I loved... The girl I lost... Dammit! How could I lose! My record is no longer perfect. I have no reason to exist. Kill me. ...As the Supreme Ruler, I demand that you KILL ME!
Rachel turns to Tony and nods. He's hesitant at first, but walked up to Zack, his claws on his right hand starts glowing aquamarine as he's about to use Dragon Claw, but he told him, "This is the power you cursed me with," but Zack replied, "Hey, it's not a curse, you survived because of this power. It's a blessing. And now, do what you must." Zack points to his heart, which is where Tony slashed right across. In his last breaths, Zack mutters, "You still got the dragon within you, I bid farewell... and good luck," as he stumbles from the blowback of the Dragon Claw, until he fell off the cliff.
Tears starts to pour from Tony's eyes, as he's clearly traumatized by his first killing. Rachel made him feel comfortable as they both went back to the Indigo Plateau. However, as soon as they exit out the building, three creeps surrounds them, but she squickly killed them with one of her other Pokémon in one fell swoop.
It is the next day, Tony recovered from the trauma last night.
That is until news broke out that Wally and his Gardevoir has reached the Kanto region and is starting to cause havok in Vermillion City. Rachel and Tony flew to the city. Wally recognized Tony and is gonna go to harm him, but in his self-defense, Tony used Dragon Claw on Wally, killing him. Gardevoir didn't took it personally and charged right at Tony with a powerful ball of psychic energy. Tony got scared by the rapid approach of Gardevoir that he let his Dragon Claw active. Gardevoir didn't noticed that until it accidentally impaled itself on the Dragon Claw (Fairy type doesn't exist in this universe), killing it instantly.
However, the energy ball exploded into a dimentional wormhole that sucks Tony in along with his Poké Ball. Once he is in, the wormhole closes itself and dissapears in thin air in the real world, but the poor Feraligatr is basically falling through the psychedelic void, not knowing where he would end up next.
